1. What do I need in order to use connect Forces On Demand?

In order to use Connect Forces field force automation software you only need two things:

An internet connection in your company in order to access the management console of Connect Forces.

One or many communicating terminals equipped with a data subscription for your mobile staff. We recommend you equip them with equipped terminals functioning under Windows Mobile 5.0. The typical volume of exchange is around 15 Mo/month.

If necessary, we are also able to suggest or provide a full range of terminals.

2. What do I need to install in order to benefit from Connect Forces On demand service?

In the company: no installation is necessary, the workstations simply need to have internet access and be equipped with a recent navigator: Internet explorer 6 or 7, Firefox 2 or 3, etc.

On the communicating terminals: the Connect Forces client will automatically be installed on the chosen terminal simply by entering its phone number on the management console.

3. How many people can access the management console and how many mobile staff can I equip?

The Connect Forces On Demand solution has been created in order to manage from one to several hundred users. Certain clients include up to 400 administrators and more than 2000 mobile users.

4. How does the Connect Forces solution take into account the specificities of my activity?

None of our clients have exactly the same activity and therefore nor the same needs. For this reason Connect Forces can be customised, at the creation of your account in a few clicks you will choose the options which concern you, the important information, even the insertion of your logo and the choice of screen colours.
